Suomeksibär

Finnish one is over and with it (at least for many others) the struggle with rather strange sentence structure and vocabulary, which no one can remember easily. So, unfortunately, is over the time with our great teacher Terhi that has stood us in this struggle every day to the side and has been improved for those in his own words, in this course, their English. Of course there are the obligatory group photo:

I will make even further the fight, in Finnish 2, which begins in the week after next. Hopefully with just a dedicated teacher. was

notes there of course, for the three-day Examsmarathon in the disciplines of speech, grammar, reading and listening comprehension , we have now put behind us and last night also watered (in advance) due to beer and cider. I come to a total score of 4, in a part I've even had one fifth For more, it has unfortunately not enough ... Oh, it's worth it but maybe to say that the Finnish staff exactly opposite the German equivalent - 1 is the worst, 5 is the highest grade. So I can be satisfied with my performance but ... ;)

now, first time, the official orientation week, and before everything really starts, we make tomorrow a two-day trip to Vaasa on the west coast. What are some good expected, I still do not know exactly. I hope for many impressions, and that we are technically still the worst weather (ie snow storm and -30 ° C) are spared.

Herbstbär

It is getting colder, and wetter:

And that pretty much - at least when the weather forecast gives confidence. The summer seems to be gone, hopefully it starts now, as soon not snowing ...

Anyway, I'll come when the weather is not as inviting to your break, maybe a bit more to learn. Next week, after only are the final examinations for Finnish one, the course does the same, and summer is as good as rum. As time goes by (yes, yes, sigh, once everything was better;)). In the following week, then held the orientation week, and then officially start after the courses and so too does the semester. Which means hopefully that will be pure student here a bit more going on than before, since everything (residence halls, campus, student parties) a little seems deserted. All new in autumn, (pronounced süxü) in Finnish way syksy means.
